With production units at Kumardhubi (I and II), Asansol, Baroda and Bangalore, MSEL is well equipped to undertake job shop manufacturing of items, equipment and or machine components, vessels, heavy structural etc. to customer’s drawings and specifications. The overhead material handling capacity at our units range from 70 MT to 100 MT of EOT cranes and the roof has a hook height up to 13 meters. There is also adequate open yard space for open yard fabrication. The manufacturing facilities are well equipped to handle large jobs which require precision machining, welding and fabrication.

Almost all the major engineering houses of Europe have imposed trust on us. All the major steel manufacturers of the country are our customers. Our facilities are approved for IBR equipment and also approved by Nuclear Power Corporation and NTPC. Major third party inspection agencies like Lloyds, TPE, TUV etc. regularly visit us for inspection of on-going jobs.

MSEL group company MBE has a technology collaboration agreement with FAMAK for wagon tippler, side arm charger to the latest specifications of RDSO, beside other equipment. Similarly, in association with Poltegor, MSEL through MBE, has manufactured several stacker cum reclaimers, including the largest in India for Adani Port (Mundra) of capacity 6000 x 2500 TPH with track gauge 10 meter and boom length of 41 meter.

MSEL has manufactured some of the largest Goliath cranes, including the one at Mazagon Dock, with a span of 138 meter, height of 65 meter and load carrying capacity of 300 MT, with technology from Kone through group company MBE. OPENCAST MINING EQUIPMENT

MSEL group company MBE has technology collaboration with Poltegor for several mining equipment. Through that, MSEL has manufactured in its own manufacturing unit, the largest bucket wheel excavator of 700 liter capacity bucket wheel excavator of 1650 MT weight for Neyveli Lignite Corporation. Similarly, for the same customer, MSEL has manufactured crawler mounted spreader of 4420 cu meter/ hr of 950 MT weight and shiftable conveyor system of 20,000 TPH (highest in the country) with 2.4 meter wide conveyor belt (widest in the country).
